The contours of Kukatpally on the city suburbs appears set for a major change with Madhucon Projects proposing a multiplex theatre, 4-star hotel and a shopping mall here.According to a statement issued by the company here on Saturday, an agreement has been signed with Andhra Pradesh State Housing Board for developing a housing-cum-commercial project in a site spread over 9.04 acres.The land is on prime location on the Mumbai National Highway NH-9 and opposite to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.Madhucon propose to develop deluxe residential apartments and a shopping mall apart from a 4-star hotel and multiplex theatre. The project cost is estimated to be over Rs. 175 crores, the press release added.
